Route 2 provide remote and on-site premium support for Windows PC's, Servers, networks and printers. With highly certified engineers this service is available to a very limited number of customers.

Highly Qualified Engineers
Our engineers are Cisco and Microsoft certified and hold masters Degrees in IT. We provide remote support using LogMeIn and Teamviewer tools to provide instant issue resolution and are of course available for on-site support where required. Our rates are very competitive with remote support starting from €35 per hour and on-site support starting from €65 per hour.

Select Clients
We only deal with a select number of clients so we can give the best service without keeping clients waiting. We work closely with our customers so that by understanding their business and IT requirements we can support any industry specific software and also recommend the most appropriate solutions for needs that arise as we go forward.

We have a close relationship with Dell Computer allowing us to secure the best pricing and passing the pricing directly to the customer without taking a margin.
